About the service

One shared full-fibre connection serving the flats at America House.
- Fast and stable
Up to 650 Mbps per flat on a 1 Gbps symmetric line with automatic failover. How fast your own flat is depends on its equipment and setup.
- Installed for you
The equipment in your flat is supplied and maintained by RODMENA LIMITED.
- Simple monthly billing
One invoice a month by email. Pay by bank transfer or standing order.
Not for profit
The service is run on a cost-recovery basis, not for profit. Your monthly price (£50 + VAT) covers the building’s leased line and its automatic failover, the equipment in each flat, maintenance and support. No profit is taken.

How it works
1. Sign up
Give us your flat number and email.
2. Agree online
We email you a personal link to your agreement: your price, your start date and our Terms of Use. Nothing starts until you press “I agree”.
3. Pay monthly
Your confirmation email has your payment reference. Your first invoice comes when you agree, then one on the 1st of each month; a standing order is the easiest way to pay.
